Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

The agreement between you and Satqo when you use invoice links, store checkout, your balance and and the virtual card.

Who we are and what this covers

Satqo is operated by Fluenta SAS, a company registered in Uruguay (“Satqo”, “we”, “us”).

These terms apply to satqo.com, dash.satqo.com and everything you do through them: creating invoices, accepting payments at checkout, holding a balance, sending payouts and using a Satqo card.

By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you register. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Satqo lets businesses receive cryptocurrency from their customers and use it. You can send an invoice link or QR code, add a checkout to your website through our API, keep what you receive as a balance, send it to other wallets and, when available in your country, spend it with a virtual card.

We support the networks and assets listed on satqo.com (currently TRON, TON, Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base). We may add or remove networks and assets; we’ll tell you in advance when something you use is going away.

Your account

Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You’re responsible for everything done with your login, your API keys and your callback settings, so keep them private.

We may ask you to verify your identity or your business at any point, for example as volumes grow, before issuing a card, or when a payment is flagged. Until verification is complete we may limit what your account can do.

What you can’t use Satqo for

  • anything illegal where you or your customer are located;
  • people, companies or countries under UN, EU, UK or US sanctions;
  • money laundering, terrorist financing or hiding where funds came from, including mixers and tumblers;
  • fraud, scams, pyramid schemes or impersonating another business;
  • gambling, adult content or other regulated activity without the licences it requires.

Our AML policy lists the business types we don’t accept and the ones we accept only after verification.

Payments and your balance

A payment reaches your balance once it has the confirmations we require for its network and has passed screening. The times shown on satqo.com are typical, not guaranteed.

Blockchain transfers can’t be reversed. If a customer sends the wrong asset, uses the wrong network or sends to an expired invoice, we’ll try to help but can’t promise the funds can be recovered.

If screening flags a payment, it is held rather than added to your spendable balance while we review it. We’ll tell you when a payment is held unless the law prevents us.

Your balance is held in the asset your customer paid. It isn’t a bank deposit and doesn’t earn interest.

Fees

We charge a fee on each incoming payment, as shown on the pricing section of satqo.com or agreed with you in writing. Network fees for payouts are passed on at cost.

We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before increasing a fee you already pay.

The virtual card

When the card is available, it is issued by a licensed card-issuing partner. You’ll accept the partner’s cardholder terms before your first card is issued, and they apply alongside these terms.

Card spending draws on your Satqo balance. The card may not be available in every country, and the partner may decline to issue or may suspend a card under its own rules.

Referral programme

Every account has a personal referral link. If someone opens it and creates a Satqo account within 30 days, they become your referred client (“friend”). Only the first link a person opens counts, and only for a new account.

What you get. For 12 months after your friend signs up, we pay you 20% of the fees Satqo earns from them: the fee on payments they receive and the fees on their Satqo card (issue, loading and the other card fees). Network fees we pass on at cost don’t count. Rewards are worked out in US dollars at the time of each fee and paid in USDT to your Satqo balance.

When it’s paid. A reward is pending until your friend has passed the identity check and received a real payment, and until the payment behind the fee is final. If a fee is refunded or a payment is reversed, the reward for it is cancelled or taken back from your balance. We may review rewards above $500 in a calendar month before paying them.

What your friend gets. During their first 60 days, their virtual card is free when the first load is $100 or more (instead of the usual threshold). All other prices are the same.

Fair use. You can’t refer yourself, a business you control or another account of yours, and you can’t create accounts, use fake identities or pay for sign-ups to collect rewards. Don’t present your link as an offer from Satqo, spam it or advertise it on our brand name. We check sign-ups for this; if we find abuse we may withhold or reverse rewards, close the referral or the account. Rewards have no cash value outside your Satqo balance and are subject to these terms like any other balance.

Changes. We may change the percentage, the period, the friend’s offer or end the programme at any time. Changes don’t affect rewards already credited; the rules in force when a fee is charged apply to it.

Risks you accept

Crypto assets can lose value quickly, and stablecoins depend on their issuers. Networks can be congested or disrupted. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by price changes, network failures or mistakes made in a customer’s wallet.

Suspending or closing an account

We may hold funds, refuse a payment, limit an account or close it if we believe it breaks these terms, the law or our AML policy, or if a regulator, court or partner requires it.

You can close your account at any time. We’ll pay out your remaining balance to a wallet you control once any open checks are finished.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and we aren’t liable for things outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We’ll email you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect; using the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes go to the courts of Montevideo, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
